If you stay 5 months, it is 25€ more expensive/room/month
The utilities are based on consumption, normally about 30-50€/person/month (summer/winter)

Location: Very central right on Boraros square and tram stop on the main Boulevard in Budapest city center where tram lines 4&6 run 24h a day non stop. Near Corvin-negyed square, Corvin plaza and Allee shopping malls. The Danube river, where you will find Nehru park, a skateboard park, Balna (bars and restaurants on the river), Raday street (the restaurant street)
Near by, walking distance, you have also lots of super markets, 24h shops, restaurants and more..
Public transportation: The main ones are trams 4&6, tram 2, M3 & M4 (Blue and green metro lines), bus 15, and many many more on Boraros square.
