The apartment has 5 bedrooms, each furnished with a double bed, sofa, wardrobe and study desk.
Room 1 has a private bathroom with a shower and sink.
The common areas:
The apartment has 2 showers and 2 toilets in total. 1 shower in Room 1 is private, while the remaining shower and 2 toilets are shared.
The large living room is combined with the fully equipped kitchen and dining area, creating a comfortable shared space for cooking, eating, relaxing and spending time together.
Location:
The apartment is located on Ferenc körút, on Budapest’s main boulevards, between the Mester utca and Boráros tér tram stops. Right on the first row along the Danube, offering views of the Danube River.
The area is very convenient for everyday life, with several large supermarkets, grocery shops, pharmacies, cafés, restaurants and 24-hour shops right nearby. Corvin Plaza and the wider Corvin-negyed area are just a short walk away, offering shops, a cinema, restaurants, cafés and other services.
You’re also close to Ráday utca, known for its many restaurants and cafés, while Bálna Budapest and the Danube are easily accessible from the area. For shopping, Allee on the Buda side is also easy to reach by tram, while Boráros tér provides convenient connections across the city.
The location also gives you easy access to central Budapest and the lively District VII, with its famous nightlife, ruin bars, cafés and restaurants just a few tram stops away.
Public transportation:
The location is very well connected, with the 4 & 6 trams running along the boulevard right by the apartment. They run 24 hours a day, providing a direct connection to Blaha Lujza tér, Oktogon, Nyugati and many of Budapest’s main nightlife areas.
The M3 metro at Corvin-negyed is also within easy walking distance, while Boráros tér is nearby with several tram and bus connections, making it easy to reach different parts of Budapest.

Please note: The building occasionally has a large advertising poster/banner placed on the exterior facade, which may cover some of the windows.
