If you stay 2 semesters – 10 months: 580,000 HUF (aprox ~1,520 euro)
If you stay 1 semester – 5 months: 620,000 HUF (25€ more expensive/person/month)
Utilities are based on consumption and are about 30-50 euro +- per person (summer/winter)

The rooms: Each bedroom has a a double bed, a sofa bed, a closet, and a study desk.
The common areas: A big living room, with a kitchen and a sitting area with a dining table. A shared bathroom and another seperate wc.
Location: Very central, right on Atoria square which is also just a 5 minute walk to Deak Ferenc square – which is the heart of the city. 5 minutes from Ferenciek tere – Elizabeth bridge.
Just a 5 minute walk also from Gozsdu udvar (the famous bar and club street), the Jewish distrcit – ruin bar district where Szimpla kert and Instant/Fogas are. Tons of restaurants, bars in every building. 24h shops, and food joints.
Also the Budapest eye, Vaci fashion street, Vorosmarty square, Kalvin square, the famous synagogue, and more..
Public transportation: The main ones are trams 47&49, M1 & M2 & M3 (Yellow, red and blue metro line), Bus 7, 9 and so many more..
