There is also an open-plan kitchen connected to the dining and living room area, creating a comfortable shared space.
Location:
The apartment is located right on Rákóczi tér and the park, directly by Rákóczi tér M4 metro station and the 4 & 6 trams, which run 24 hours a day. It’s a central and well-connected part of Budapest, with easy access to the heart of the city centre and other parts of the city.
The neighborhood feels local and lived-in while still being very central. It’s a convenient area for students and young people, with supermarkets, cafés, restaurants and everyday shops all within easy reach.
The surrounding area has a young, creative and slightly artsy atmosphere, with independent cafés, bars, small local places and a mix of students, young professionals and locals.
The area has a lovely old-Budapest character, with historic buildings, cafés, restaurants, small shops and plenty of everyday amenities nearby. The park and square are right outside the apartment, while the historic Rákóczi tér Market Hall is just across the square.
Corvin Quarter and Corvin Plaza are just a few minutes away, offering a wide range of shops, restaurants, a cinema and other services. Blaha Lujza tér and Europeum shopping mall are also within easy walking distance, with supermarkets, shops, cafés and restaurants nearby. The city centre and main tourist areas are easily reachable on foot or by public transport.
Public transportation:
The location is very well connected. Trams 4 & 6 run 24 hours a day along the Grand Boulevard, while M4 metro is right at Rákóczi tér. M2 metro at Blaha Lujza tér and M3 metro at Corvin-negyed are also within easy reach, together with several bus and trolleybus lines.
