the monthly price is:
if you stay 10 month: 1,400 euro
if you stay 5 or 4 month: price is a bit higher.
Utilities are really low normally about 30 euro in summer and 40 euro in winter per person (depending how much you use)

The flat have 4 separated bedrooms (2 of them with a gallery), 3 bathrooms, kitchen/living room!
all furniture mainly from Ikea
the flat has everything you need for your stay from microwave to washing machine..

they are large rooms have a double bed, and a pull out sofa as well as a wardrobe and study desk
