The apartment has separate 3 bathrooms units, 2 shower and 2 toilets are shared between the residents. There is also a fully equipped kitchen connected to the dining and living areas, creating a comfortable shared space for cooking, eating, relaxing and spending time together.
Location:
The apartment is located right by Corvin-negyed, in a central and well-connected part of Budapest that is particularly convenient for students and young people. The neighborhood has a lively local atmosphere, with plenty of cafés, restaurants, supermarkets, grocery shops, pharmacies and 24-hour shops nearby.
Corvin Plaza shopping mall is just around the corner, offering a wide range of shops, restaurants, a cinema and other services. The Danube and Bálna Budapest are also within easy reach, while the city centre and many of Budapest’s main attractions are easily accessible by public transport.
Kálvin tér is also within walking distance, providing connections via the M3 and M4 metro lines, along with several tram and bus routes.
Public transportation:
The location is very well connected. The 4 & 6 trams, which run 24 hours a day, stop along the nearby Grand Boulevard, and Corvin-negyed M3 metro station is right nearby.
Boráros tér and Kálvin tér are also easily accessible, offering additional tram, bus and metro connections to other parts of Budapest. Together, these transport links make getting around the city simple and convenient.
