if you stay 10 month: 1,420 euro
if you stay 5 or less month: price is a bit higher
Utilities are about 30 euro in summer and 40-50 euro in winter per person (depending how much you use)

all furniture mainly from Ikea
it’s a building built in the late 19th century.
the flat has everything you need for your stay from microwave to washing machine..
