Location:
The apartment is located on Kertész Street, right at the corner of Wesselényi Street, in the heart of Budapest’s lively District VII.
The area is known for its historic buildings, cafés, restaurants, bars, small shops and youthful atmosphere. It’s a particularly popular area for students and young people, with plenty of places to eat, meet friends or go out in the evening.
You’re right in the middle of the Jewish Quarter, with Szimpla Kert, Gozsdu Udvar and many of Budapest’s famous ruin bars all within easy walking distance. Blaha Lujza tér, Astoria and Deák Ferenc tér are also nearby, making it easy to reach the rest of the city. And only two blocks away from Király street and Liszt Ferenc tér.
The neighborhood combines the character of old Budapest with a lively, creative and international atmosphere. Everything you need for everyday life — including supermarkets, grocery shops, pharmacies, cafés and restaurants — is close by.
Public transportation:
The location is very well connected, with Blaha Lujza tér M2 metro station and the 4 & 6 trams, which run 24 hours a day, within easy walking distance. Astoria M2 is also nearby, as well as several bus and trolleybus lines.
