If you rent for 5 months – 1 semester only, the prices are 15€ more expensive/room/month)
Utilities are generally really low in this apartment, they’re paid upon consumption, usually about 30 – 40-50 eur (Summer/Winter)

The flat is located in the 7th district, very central, on to the 4 & 6 tram line, as well as the red metro line. (Blaha Lujza Square) 3 minute walk you can easily access the blue and yellow metro line with 2 or 4 stops by the tram line (located just next to the flat) that comes every few minutes. and runs 24/7.
