The Studio:
The studio is cozy and well designed, with a smart two-level layout that makes excellent use of the space. The window looks out onto the inner courtyard, giving the apartment a quieter and more private feel. At certain times of the day, when the sun is shining, the apartment also gets direct sunlight, bringing plenty of natural light into the space.
Downstairs, you’ll find the fully equipped kitchen, dining area and living space, with a comfortable pull-out sofa and shelving unit. There is also a separate bathroom with a shower, sink, toilet and washing machine. The main level provides a welcoming space for cooking, eating, working and relaxing.
The apartment also features a spacious gallery level that feels much more like a separate room than a typical gallery. The ceiling is high enough to stand fully upright and move around comfortably, making it a practical and private bedroom area.
Upstairs, the gallery is furnished with a double bed, study desk, wardrobe and chest of drawers, creating a comfortable sleeping and study space while keeping the living area downstairs open and uncluttered.
