The monthly rental prices, if you rent for 10 months – 2 semesters, are:
Room 1,6 = 380€
Room 2,3,4, = 365€
Room 5 = 335€
Room 7 = 300€
If you rent for 5 months – 1 semester only, they are 15€ more expensive/room/month
Utilities are paid based on usage, usually 30-45€ per month, per person (summer/winter)
The other flat-mates are all international students of different nationalities!

Location: Very central just on Harmincketessek tere, 2 minutes from Rakoczi square. Just by tram stop for lines 4&6, which run 24h nonstop. A 4 minute walk to Corvin negyed and Corvin Plaza shopping mall. A Less than a 10 minute walk to Kalvin ter and to Blaha Lujza square. Lots of supermarkets, bars and restaurants and food joints near by.
Easy access to many public transportation that can take you to anywhere in the city.
Public transportation: The main ones are trams 4&6, M2, M3 & M4 (The Red, Blue and Green metro lines), bus 9, troli 72 and more…
