the monthly price for 10 month are:
the small rooms cost 250 euro per month (room 2 and 6 )
the medium rooms cost 300 euro (rooms 3, 4 and 5 )

+ utilities, it’s about 25 euro in summer and 45 in winter per person +-

a 4 month contract is possible, but its a bit more expensive!
- flat-mates : boys from Belgium / Girls from Taiwan
