The rooms:
The apartment has 6 rooms, each with a double bed, wardrobe and study desk. Room 1 is slightly smaller and does not have a sofa, while Room 5 has a private balcony.
The common areas:
The apartment has 3 complete shared bathrooms, each with a shower, sink and toilet.
There is also a large living room in the center of the apartment, creating a comfortable shared space for everyone. The fully equipped kitchen is located nearby, slightly separated from the living room while still being part of the shared common area.
Location:
The apartment is located on Népszínház Street, right by Blaha Lujza tér, in a central and well-connected part of Budapest city center. The area is surrounded by cafés, restaurants, bars, supermarkets, local shops and everyday services.
The location is particularly convenient for students, with Blaha Lujza tér just outside the apartment, providing easy access to the M2 metro and the 4 & 6 trams. Many parts of central Budapest are also within easy walking distance, including Deák Ferenc tér, the Jewish Quarter, Astoria, Kálvin tér and the Danube. Europeum shopping mall is just by Blaha Lujza tér, with shops, restaurants and other services.
The neighborhood has a mix of historic Budapest architecture and a lively, local atmosphere. It is also close to Szimpla Kert and Budapest’s famous ruin bars, as well as a wide range of cafés, bars and restaurants around the Jewish Quarter. This gives the area a lively, youthful atmosphere, with plenty of options for socializing and going out, while still being well connected to the rest of the city.
Public transportation:
The location is very well connected, with Blaha Lujza tér M2 metro station and the 4 & 6 trams, which run 24 hours a day, right nearby. Rákóczi tér and the M4 metro station are also within easy walking distance, and several bus and trolleybus lines serve the area, making it easy to reach other parts of Budapest.
